What are the difference in Textures?
We offer several different textures: Our most popular textures are: Moisturizing Lipgloss, Lipcreme, Traditional Lipsticks, Matte Liquid, Lipglass and Lip Balms.
Moisturizing Lipgloss/: (Vegan)
Our moisturizing lipgloss has a non-sticky, moisturizing glossy feel. Our moisturizing lipgloss is also the base for our glitter lipgloss collection.
Lipcreme: Our lip cremes are highly pigmented shades that go on smooth and are 12 hour wear. Our lip cremes are moisturizing and creamy for a lasting shine similar to that of wet paint.
Matte Liquid Lipstick: (Vegan)
Our matte liquids are our most popular formula because they are 24 hour wear. That means no transfer on to your wine glass or mask! They go on liquid and dry to a complete waterproof, matte finish.
Traditional Lipstick: Our traditional lipsticks are the old-fashioned original twist up lipstick bullets. They are semi-matte texture for a moisturizing but matte finish. They are 12 hour wear.
Lipglass: (Vegan) Glass-like Finish- Our lip glasses have a glass like finish and are super glossy. This is more of a thick sticky glassy gloss. If you want the shine to last, grab the lipglass.
Our Lip Butters are creamy lip moisturizers that have minimal pigmentation for a natural finish and are infused with added natural healing oils to rejuvenate and replenish skin cells in the lips. Our lip butters leave your lips hydrated and soft for a perfect everyday refresher to dry or dehydrated lips.
Our Lip Balms are solid, lip moisturizers similar to the feel of a traditional lipstick but without the pigmentation. They are flavored and recommended to hydrate the lips daily.
Do you offer samples?
Yes!
We want to make sure you love the products you are interested in ordering. By testing the products beforehand, this allows you to try them beforehand and purchase the textures that you love. We have samples in all of the textures that we offer.
Do you make custom colors?

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the products that we sell, We do not accept any returns. All sales are final.
What do I do if I receive damaged products?
We insure all of the packages that we ship. If you receive damaged products as a result of mishandled mail, we will file a claim on your behalf and provide replacement products. Please understand that you will be required to show proof of damages as well as send the damaged items back to us for inspection. We will provide a return label for damaged items once the claim has been processed.
How long before I receive my order?

Order processing and production time depends on the products you are ordering. Please read our terms and conditions and shipping policy to determine delivery time. At checkout, you are also able to choose your shipping speed or place a rush order. Please understand that processing time and delivery time may vary per item. If you are ordering wholesale items and premade items on the same order, your Premade items may be held until your wholesale order is ready to ship. If you would like your Premade items to ship separately and faster, please place a separate order.
Are your products cruelty-free, vegan?
All of our products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals. We have an extensive variety of Vegan Products, please see product descriptions on your favorite products! Some of our Vegan options include Lipgloss, Matte Liquid, Eyeliners, Eyeshadow palettes, Highlighters, and more!
What kind of payment plans do you offer?
We are excited to announce that we now offer Sezzle as a payment option in our store! Choose Sezzle at checkout and spread your payments over 6 weeks, interest-free!
Can I get my products personalized?
Of course! We offer Peel off Vinyl Logo Labels as well as Logo Imprint. Add the logo service you wish to include before checking out! Customize your logo here.
What if I want a larger package not listed on the website?
If you are interested in placing a larger wholesale order or a package that is not listed on the website you can request a custom quote or schedule a consultation and a member from our team will assist you in placing your custom order. We can be also be reached on our office line at 747-477-1920.
Can I apply a discount code after I’ve already placed an order?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied once an order is already placed. Please make sure that you sign up for our mailing list so that you don’t miss our deals and promotions.
Do you accept brand ambassadors to promote your products?
Yes! We are currently hiring brand ambassadors! Please send us an email that includes your Instagram/ social media handle and contact information to tre@imakelipstick.com
Do you teach the process of making your own cosmetics?
Yes we do! Our Lipstick Making Expo is a 2-day course where we teach the entire process from creating and structuring your brand, to formulating your own cosmetic products for your brand. More detailed information can be found here.
