SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 3-4 business days for processing of your order and 4 business weeks, 28 business days, for production. If placing a rush order, please select appropriate option at checkout. We are currently processing as many orders as we can as swiftly as we can with the increasing demand for our products.
If you have a custom order, please ensure that you provide us with ALL INFO NEEDED to process your order. We are not responsible for order delays that are caused by lack of information or misinformation. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we continue to upgrade our shipping policies to better accommodate our customers.

Please allow 3 business days for processing of sample orders and a la carte label orders. Please allow 5-7 business days shipping after processing is complete.
Please note: Federal holidays, Saturday, and Sunday are not business days. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the option selected at checkout.

NOTE: Tracking information is provided for all orders. Tracking numbers will be sent directly to your email provided during the ordering process.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost mail, due to processes by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS that are out of our control. Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee the shipment timeframe if a natural or internal operations disaster happens within the shippers’ system. We are not responsible for incorrectly routed mail due to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
If your address changes or you need to reroute your package after your order is placed, you are required to give a written and verbal notification. This means you need to call our office (747-477-1920) to verbally ask for the change of address, and provide your written consent for us to change the address on your order. Your address will ONLY be changed once we receive both forms of consent.
If there is an address discrepancy, or a package is returned due to incorrect information being entered, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost for us to resend it to the correct address.
If there is an address discrepancy on our part, we will waive the fee of resending the package out and get it out to you as soon as we receive it back to our office.
Please remember, all orders are FINAL SALE (NO EXCEPTIONS).
